This branch never answers their phone, and won't let you leave a message... poor customer service
Banks is great to work with but it is impossible to get a human on the phone to answer any questions. They just let the phone ring until it hangs up on you.

Real nice guy but your policy Sucks. I found someone's Chase debit card and their drivers license at a park. As a Good Samaritan I called to help a Chase customer. They did Nothing. I waited for a week for them to call me. They told me that they would contact the client like I insisted. I would want my bank to save me the stress. I understand that you can cancel a card and reissue or lock it so no one would use it. I'm an honest person that found it within minutes of the lady dropping it.
