I have used this location many many times and it is consistently extra slow between 8 and 12 minutes for the drive through when there is absolutely no line. If it is a training site then customers should be informed for what to expect because even going inside on two occasions was extended time because the person was uncertain of what to do. 100% all transactions have been for a simple deposit only.

Incredibly rude bankers. Made an appointment to open a new account and they ran over 30 minutes late, people ended up leaving. Called two weeks later to ask a question about taking a large cashier's check out against my account and the woman on the phone treated me like I'm an idiot and literally laughed out loud at my question. No customer service.
