Horrid. Mother died two years ago. They unsuccessfully tried to close her account. Account is still open and I will never use Chase again and you should not either. Review will remain zero until account is closed.
This is my favorite bank in DFW, I’ve been coming here since I was a child. Aniyah is the best we always chitchat when I walk in there. I highly recommend this place! 🩵

I’m extremely satisfied with the service from Ms. NORA OLIVERA! She truly is THE BEST! Nora is incredibly enthusiastic, responds super fast, and takes care of every little detail with so much care. Every time I need to make a transaction, I only want to request Nora because she makes me feel completely at ease and confident. Tried to go through the normal drive through to just deposit cash. There was NO ONE else in any of the lanes. It took them ten minutes to just come back and ask for an ID… to deposit cash!
