Incredibly rude bankers. Made an appointment to open a new account and they ran over 30 minutes late, people ended up leaving. Called two weeks later to ask a question about taking a large cashier's check out against my account and the woman on the phone treated me like I'm an idiot and literally laughed out loud at my question. No customer service.
My goto Chase Branch, have used the Drive-up, the inside teller, and the custom account services... Always a good experience. All employees seem to me very Customer Focused, and friendly.
Rima was INCREDIBLE! It was so refreshing to work with someone who actually knew exactly what to do and how to handle our complicated situation. She was patient and kind and most importantly so knowledgeable! If you have the option and need help, ask for Rima!
Now I know why they have a low score. I'm trying to set up a Medicare/Social Security accounts for my mother. . I am her POA and being in all correct paperwork as well explained that Chase sends the paperwork to corporate to get approval and the paperwork sent back. I mean, I'm prepared with paperwork and knowledge. She proceeded to tell me Mom has to be present for setting up the account. Ummm she's bedridden and has severe dementia. What?
