The manager at this location is terrible.
Real nice guy but your policy Sucks. I found someone's Chase debit card and their drivers license at a park. As a Good Samaritan I called to help a Chase customer. They did Nothing. I waited for a week for them to call me. They told me that they would contact the client like I insisted. I would want my bank to save me the stress. I understand that you can cancel a card and reissue or lock it so no one would use it. I'm an honest person that found it within minutes of the lady dropping it. I visited this branch on 1/25/25 without an appointment and had the pleasure of working with Rima Westbrook to open my business account. In less than an hour, not only was my account set up, but my business credit card was also approved and ready to be used. Rima went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service with a great sense of humor. I'm grateful this location is just 5 minutes away. Thank you again, Rima!
Went to get print outs of checks that I’d written over the last 3 years, to file taxes, and keep for records. Was told I couldn’t be helped because they were booked all day. That’s fine. I explained that customer service had been contacted weeks ago but submitted the request incorrectly so this was the second attempt to get it done. The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional. I went in to dispute a charge on my debit card yesterday and she asked me some questions that were personal and unprofessional. I am a cancer patient, and have been battling cancer for the past 10 years, not wishing to disclose that, I found myself in a very uncomfortable position when she began quizzing me about some personal business matters.
