My husband went to this chase an for some reason every time he goes they have verify checks with his clients how embarrassing!!! This time not only did he provide two forms Identification she said she will not cash it an he asked why an she would not give a reason, not to mention he is Hispanic an she for some reason started speaking Spanish to him an he told her hello I’m speaking English not Spanish!! Don’t bother going this place!!
Worst Chase branch ever! K?nisha not sure how to spell her name as she was not going to give me the spelling nor wearing a name tag. When i say so racist and rude. I had another lady who came up to me telling me I was correct another Mgr. Told her to calm down! This K?nisha girl couldn't figure out her register and how to make a cashier's check. If you are considering a business account here, don’t! I have been embarrassed in front of my clients more than once. They called to verify a check I had written to a client, and when I verified it, they STILL returned it! I had to leave my busy office in the middle of the day to meet my client at the bank to get a cashier’s check (because, unlike Chase, I CARE about the experience of my clients!) and I was actually asked for an additional form of ID, as if my government issued driver’s license wasn’t enough.
