Absolutely pathetic customer service. We walked in to handle a wire transfer. There were three staff members sitting in separate cabins—two of whom were completely free with no customers—while there was only one teller working the floor. When we asked for help, the teller flat-out refused, stating that the person who handles wires was busy and that she personally couldn't assist us because a wire "might take a bit" and someone else "might" walk in behind us. Unacceptable when you have to sit at a drive-thru for 32 minutes that will never happen again I will find a different bank to deal with Chase Bank is the worst there is money will be coming out in the next week to a new bank that cares about people
I went in today to finally change my last name on my account after getting married. I had another branch tell me I had to make an appointment and sent me away and I’ve put it off for a long time because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. I went in today and was lucky to have Edward assist me with this. He was so kind and friendly. He quickly took my documents and had everything done in only a few minutes. Thank you, Edward!
