Unacceptable when you have to sit at a drive-thru for 32 minutes that will never happen again I will find a different bank to deal with Chase Bank is the worst there is money will be coming out in the next week to a new bank that cares about people
I went in today to finally change my last name on my account after getting married. I had another branch tell me I had to make an appointment and sent me away and I’ve put it off for a long time because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. I went in today and was lucky to have Edward assist me with this. He was so kind and friendly. He quickly took my documents and had everything done in only a few minutes. Thank you, Edward!

The customer agent Ms. Miranda was outright racist and didn't want to help me open an account. Nor she and other staff were aware of basic rules about banking laws and fairn banking rights. Stay away. Staff in this branch needs some basic training and employee vetting or there will be serious implications.
