The customer agent Ms. Miranda was outright racist and didn't want to help me open an account. Nor she and other staff were aware of basic rules about banking laws and fairn banking rights. Stay away. Staff in this branch needs some basic training and employee vetting or there will be serious implications.
Received a check from a Chase account holder for under $1000. Walked into the branch and they informed me that the funds were in the account holders account, but that they were unable to cash the check without a supervisor override. No supervisor was available.doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, but this is another reason why I do not think with Chase
I recently visited this bank and the Relationship manager Kourtney was very helpful. She is polite and patiently addressed all our enquiries and also helped talk to the customer care to mediate for the claim that we had filed. We had been to other chase branches as well and discussed the same with other bankers too but Kourtney's way of handling stood out. I would wish her all the best for her future! Thanks for all the help!
The worst chase bank branch!! Update: 01/18/2024 Finally, this location has become more professional. However, I don't understand why some staff members seem unprofessional and rush to end interactions. Courtney recently joined the team and demonstrated professionalism by resolving issues with my businesse account. If you need assistance with your business account, I recommend reaching out to Courtney. After many years, it seems this location is now doing something right.
