Jonathan helped me to deposit the check, very professional and helpful.
Called 11 times in the last two days to handle a check that was returned for no reason. Nobody has picked up the phone at all, so I can’t get a reason as to why it was returned. Use another branch if you need any banking done with Chase, don’t even waste your time here.
the WORST customer service - i’d give 0 stars if i could. i went in on a Monday to get a name change. no one available - OKAY. scheduled a meeting for wednesday. upon driving to my scheduled meeting, i realized i forgot my documents. i called around TWENTY times to let them know i would be a little late and not once did someone answer the phone. i arrived at 4:15 PM, my meeting was scheduled for 4 PM and they already took someone else and said they couldn’t see me. i was FUMING. i let them know i called a gazillion times and... read more
Went in for a notary for an operating agreement. 2 of the three people in my party held Chase accounts, I did not. The woman told us that “legally they can’t do notary signatures unless all parties have accounts”, to which I replied asking for what law that was.. She then said it’s their policy, which is not a law.. dishonest. Dylan has more than once been so helpful to my mother needs, and extremely pleasant and kind and happy to help. Honestly I feel bad for not doing this sooner but we have never had bad experience in the drive thru window. That job is undoubtedly very hard but dealing with people is vet challenging tending to everyone’s different needs. I really appreciate the many years with Chase in Denton by razor ranch. We have always been treated very well. Thank you all hope you are valued
