17 years, never an overdraft or balance under 5k in three different accounts. Recieved letter stating "We are closing all your accounts due to corporate decision". No reason given. When I asked about the account, they kept questioning me in a way that didn’t seem necessary and treated me differently despite being a long term customer. I was serviced by Mr. Malachi West and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and I want to leave a review for his excellent service.
Typically not upset at the bank but I hate that making a company deposit requires Id. There's one particular teller that always ask for ID every transaction and it's getting annoying. Please explain to me if I am bringing a deposit I would need to be ID? Usually when this teller is working, it is always backed up in drive through window!
