Always helpful
Took me about 3 weeks and 2 trips to this location to get a name change on a credit card account when they already had my name change on our mortgage account with them. The inability to call the location, having to book an appointment, then having to go into a branch to call credit card customer service for things is insane. This is not necessarily the branches fault but the policy’s for Chase Bank are garbage. I’ve never really had a good exposure Chase Bank. Customer service process is crap. Avoid!!!
The WORST customer service - I’d give 0 stars if I could. I went in on a Monday to get a name change. There was no one available, so they went ahead and scheduled me a meeting for Wednesday. Upon driving to my scheduled meeting on that Wednesday, I realized I had forgotten my documents. I called around TWENTY times to let them know I would be a little late, and not once did someone answer the phone. I arrived at 4:15 PM, my meeting was scheduled for 4 PM, and they had already taken someone else and said they couldn’t see me.... read more
