I’ve been banking with Chase for almost 20 years, today I went into this branch and was treated like dirt. There are Chase branches that call me by my first name when I walk in, and then there are Chase branches like this one. Ran poorly, with rude staff. The zesty man with the large gold glasses told me to go to another bank and almost made me close my multiple accounts right then and there.
Absolutely spectacular service. I came in today to deposit a couple of checks, but I could have stayed forever just to chat with the tellers. They all were so positive, charismatic and charming. This branch is a little out of the way of where I usually do business, but I would come back just for them.
They are always friendly
The outside ATM was helpful even with the location being closed
Always there when I need help and solve my problem right away
