Called to inform bank that my wife passed away & I had trouble accessing account. The male that I talked to seemed annoyed that I was wasting his time.
The employee has no idea about the technology of their own system. How could they not help me cancel the robbery subscription of my savings card? Even canceling the subscription requires the bank to charge me thirty dollars. So the bank's same kind of robbery as the subscription. The unsubscription operation that is so easy in other states seems completely incomprehensible here. So you are a bank but use a different system? Your employees need to be retrained
