Horrible Customer Service. Went to Deposit funds into my mom's account back in Texas and if looks could kills... Just HORRIBLE!!!!!

The customer service there was terrible.
This bank is removing its ATMs little by little from several locations. Notice how it's getting harder and harder to get cash from your bank account. If there's ever a crisis, you won't be able to take your cash and they'll just keep it and close their already limited locations. It's been happening with other banks around the world. Keep as little money as possible with banks that have this behavior.
