I had outstanding service at the Pleasant Prairie branch on Jan.28th. I visited the branch during a particularly difficult time, facing a complicated banking issue. Deposit a settlement check and they closed my account and the lawyer office said that the check was charged. Been calling this bank where I deposit the check and they keep giving my the run around that the funds will be returned to the lawyers account but is been a month and they have not returned the money.
I really like my bank but yesterday I had my first bad experience with it. My old dad wanted to open an account and use the excellent incentive offer he was mailed. When we sat down with Marisa, she repeatedly tried to upsell him and get more info about his other investments. I told her he doesn't make any decisions without deliberation, so today we want to open the accounts, period. The new money has to sit for 90 days anyway, right?
