Poor costomer service over the phone. Very impatient and dismissive, possibly made up some numbers about rates and fees without even look me up it their system. Super hard to get a human agent via their 1-800 number. Bankers don't spend a second on commission-free support yet they forgot his paycheck comes out of my investment.
