Had a great experience opening a new account with Victor last week! He gave me lots of insight into the Chase app features and I was even able to apply for a credit card - and got approved - that same day after he talked through my options with me. The branch manager also stopped by to introduce herself. Thank you for the warm welcome and I am happy to be a Chase customer now!
Waco Chase branches are the worst.
Horrible service they are rude. They don’t give any explanation. They don’t do their job. No idea what most of employees are doing there. Please don’t go there if you have another option take. Chase bank in general is ugly..
The customer service individuals don't run their services in a timely fashion. All of them stated make an appointment. Why in the world would I drive over here in person - if I could have made a phone call ! Really ?
