During my recent visit, I noticed several bank tellers on duty who were not assisting customers. The tellers who were helping customers also appeared to lack a sense of urgency, which resulted in slow service.

I cannot get ahold of this branch in the phone to ask a simple question. I spent an hour this morning recalling and getting no answer. This a question for the specific branch, not something a call center can answer.
