I had the most amazing experience here! As an international student staying in the States for the first time, opening a bank account was.. somewhat daunting. I had a problem at one of the bank's ATMs. I had to pay a $1200 doctor's bill and neither the manager nor anyone from the bank wanted to help me. It's a terrible customer service.
Not very busy usually spend less than 10 minutes when I go into the building.
