Honestly, this place has long lines most of the time. A lot of the time one of the machines is out of order, and it just becomes a hassle coming here.

I’ve been well attended waited for at least 30 mins reasonably, however the lady help me to send an application for an Amazon credit card chase Bank! Odeliza just took another Spanish speaking customer even though I’ve been waiting first for 20 minutes to resolve a major security issue. The other employees were laughing and said they don’t want to work the floor and help this group of now 7 people waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. I am closing my account next week for sure. However, Majalinda was very, very professional and empathetic. She deserves a promotion!
