I use this ATM when I'm on Myrtle Ave, when it's open. It used to be maintained well but lately there have been problems.
I went to the Ridgewood/Myrtle Avenue branch last Saturday to make a withdrawal. I asked for a bank check. They told me that their printer was broken and they could not issue bank checks. They asked me to return on Tuesday morning to make the withdrawal. On Tuesday, they said the printer was still broken and they would not be able to issue a check. How does a bank not have an operational printer. Said it takes several days to fix. Is this 1980?
One of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. As a new customer, my check deposits were held for days, and I had to wait an unreasonably long time for my debit card — which was reportedly delivered but never actually arrived. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
