I walked in and looked for anyone in a cubicle without a customer. Found one, I told her I have a quick question on transfer on death. She got up without any smile and said go ask one of the tellers and she left the cubicle. I’m not going back to this branch except to use an ATM. They are very unfriendly in that branch.
Steven is the best at this location! So fast, efficient, and kind. Thank you for helping me today! I’ve never had better service at a Chase branch
This is the worst location they never have people to work with you or they constantly busy and very rude stuff, especially with Steve. Definitely not coming back to this location.
I made an appointment with Zhuang Yuan to open an account and credit card for my son and consult about savings and other issues. Zhuang Yuan was very professional, her service attitude was super good, and she patiently answered all our questions. thank you zhuang yuan 🙏
