Beautiful new branch, phenomenal team! Staff is first in class, branch manager is exceptional. Very busy branch so it’s best to have patience, you can see how hard the team works to provide supreme customer service.
This location has a great team, every time I go in I am amazed with their welcoming demeanor, their willingness to help and their effort to always help their clients. The manager knows everyone and leads by example for her team and they do not disappoint. I’ve been a long time customer of Chase and I go only to this location bc of the service they provide. It’s a true neighborhood bank and does not feel corporate at all
