Great bank, Michelle is the best. The rest of the team is genuine and authentic, that’s rare in this world, shout out to them. The treat my Grandfather well and I appreciate that very much too.
Had my wallet stolen and went to ask for statement and to lock my account. They said that there's nothing they could do to help me without a physical I.d even though I had the app open on my phone and a photo of my license. I explained that my ID was in my knowledge that was stolen and they said they couldn't do anything.
Michelle took good care of us. She helped my elderly mom with the issue she had. She was so great and patient, she helped her perfectly in my mom’s native language(Spanish). Her customer service was amazing. My mom would never go anywhere else for customer service. She loved Michelle and would be asking for her personally when she has a future issue. .
