Decent experience overall. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, making banking a bit easier. However, sometimes the wait times can be a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours.
I had a great experience at Chase. Hochan Lee was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly when helping me open my checking account and credit card. He answered all my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Needed to get some banking things sorted out before listing my house over here in Fresh Meadows. I already worked with them before, and everything held up well, so it was an easy choice to go back. They wrapped everything up cleanly and on schedule. No fuss at all, which is always appreciated when you're selling (yeah, not fun).
Opened accounts here and there were some issues but Richard Kang was amazing and actually followed up after I came in to speak with him. Anytime I want to open or check on anything I come see him. Thank you Richard.
My mom and I have come to this bank to get money and that the people that works in the bank are nice, friendly and helpful. Also, that there were atm machines and that there were people waiting in line for the teller and getting money out. The people at the bank were nice and welcoming.
