Terrible customer service. Went there to open an account, I was next for 45 mins and then left. Never again
银行的咔位办公间格很多，但办公的却很少。排队轮候的人通常都要轮1个小时，你不耐烦出声（当时不到下午1点），职员会對你说今天已排满，要不给你预约你明天来吧。或到其他大通。。。最离普的是我的信用遗失了；“ 我要紧急保失 " 但在第一个登记枱小姐对我说，你在这排对吧。我心急如焚，因我平时在我家附近买什么东西；店铺都没要求我签名或密码的，也不用看ID。所以任何人用我的信用咔买几千元货都可以。因此我怕被盗用。。。我才心急如焚。但该行登记枱员工若无其事。我唯有无奈接受。希望该店主管正视问题及改变作风。。。。。。。。 刚好今日：5-6-2025进入39-01 Main 街大通银行；惊见我两个月前对该行的评论歷歷在目；很遗憾；因该大通的电恼系统问题：我5-5-2025年星期一下午 3:18pm 网上付电费，我已复印了交易存底及交易码。但当我回头看看我的支票余额时发现。刚付的电费在帐户里没有记录。在 【待定】栏里没有付电费记录。我不知错在何处。急急有第二次付款 81.23 交易完后又去看看余额。但两次交易都同样毫无记录。。。。到了 4:45pm 再入网查看；同样没记录。我今早5-6-2025年入网才发现付了两次。好在是在【待定】栏。因此我今早在银行未开门就在排队... read more
