One banker, and 4 tellers doing absolutely nothing, not even attending to customers, one person holding an Ipad, but there is a 30 minute wait to add someone to a joint account.
The worstest branch ever I’ve seen in my life. I had appointment with Ariana at 12:30 and I was there early 10 min. I had waited for like 20 min but the girl which whom I had meeting was busy with her chit chat with other people. She didn’t even take chance to talk and wasted my lunch time. Be professional and if you can’t just quit the job and let others get opportunity..!!
