I would like to let my fellow new yorkers know before coming here. Yes, it says it's 24hrs on the chase app. But dont waist your time , I went around midnight, and we couldn't open the door to use the ATMs.
The five stars is only for "Diana". I have arrived at this location from a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, I was a victim of a mail/ bank fraud. Had many run around from the Chase at UWS and police pretinct to get necessary paperwork. Diana is truly a god/ Buddha sent. She took about an hour to help me report and file all the necessary paperworks. We’re very happy with the Always Gracious service we get. The teller that attended to me this morning, named MICHAEL, was very helpful as did a withdrawal and requested breakdown of bills we needed for an overseas trip. Great Service.
I recently went to this branch to open a personal checking account. I was greeted by Diana who was very professional, courteous, & friendly. She set my appointment with the Assistant Vice President, Harri Ganesh who provided exceptional customer service in setting up my account. He was very detailed & thorough in explaining the benefits of the account. I highly recommend! this location - the wait time wasn't long & the staff was very attentive.
Ray was very helpful with my wife and I. He really listened to our needs and guided us in making sound decisions. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
