Those machines needs to be updated its so slow, all the Atm on the outside of the bank, its ridiculous
The Rochdale Village Chase Branch has poor customer service. They don’t abide by office hours and tell there customers who may walk in at 4:30 that they can’t service them because they are closing at 5 pm. If you need to sit and speak with a representative you should have come at 3 pm , this was rude and felt very judgmental as she the manger had no idea where I may come from or what my time for the day was like. The manger went to the back office left me for 5-10 minutes to come back and state she can’t service my parents .... read more
