My husband had a horrible experience with the bank manager on Friday about cashing a check. She was very rude and got attitude with him . Very unprofessional.
Words cannot describe the loathing I have for Chase Bank. The only reason why I use them is for work. Continually, they have disappointed me either through stupid policies, or having a lack of practical wisdom, and having a big business mentality. In this day of technology, where people work on Saturdays and Sundays, where computers can recognize a face from a crowd of thousands, why does it still take two business days for a check to clear?
