Can't cash a check at my branch! Was told by Manager that this was due to a computer generated message that the funds had to be deposited, however she could not give me a reason for the message and said that no human could give me the answer as to why nor had control over the generated messages. Chase Customer Service stated that the generated messages were being received because the branch Manager set it up. Someone is LYING and I can't get my money. I heard that this bank, Chase branch in Covington LA had a customer get confirmation from a bank employee that a $35,000.00 dollar wire transfer had been cancelled and the bank charged them the $35.00 cancellation fee but did not cancel. Is this a true statement?
