Mrs.Elaine is the absolute best!!!! Not only did she open my account and help me with a lost check, She took the time to give me pointers about saving for my kids and was just so genuine and kind. 💛
This Branch marches to its own rules which are different from those of the other Chase Mandeville branches. For instance - cash is not accepted through the drive-thru, you must come inside for a cash deposit. Another - out of area checks are held for 7 days before deposit. Recently two checks were held up - one from the US Treasury and another from the Louisiana Department of Revenue - entities that one would think issue valid checks.
