Nice tellers, helped a lot with a situation.
I have been a member of the Chase Bank "family" since it opened at the Pineville location years ago. I joined it in addition to the other banks I deal with, because it is one of the largest banks in the world, and I trust that it will not fail and take my funds with them. Having said that, I am called by name by the tellers when I enter, I'm treated with respect.
