Night trips are always great at this machine very convenient. ATM broken again hahaha Update ATM works fine now. First the old ATM waste my time by being slow and unresponsive.Now the new one waste more of my time and is down at the moment. Great now I have to travel all the way to the other side of town to use the other ATM machine that hopefully works and waste more of my time and more of my gas.Thanks for nothing Chase.Get it together.
I have been going to this branch for years. The manager that was there for a long time was such a nice guy and good at his job. Since he has been gone it has been a revolving door of managers and employees. Tha current manager Isenia takes no responsibility "I didn't do it" and is defensive rather than addressing a situation and taking responsibility. Very nice bank. Friendly Cashier's. Helpful
8 people “working” 1 at drive thru, 3 at counter, 2 personal bankers, 1 in training and 1 I don’t know. Nobody can help me with a $15 monthly charge for over 24 minutes. Total lack of customer service.
