Antony Was amazing help I really appreciate the help
I can't tell you how many years I've been doing my banking at this Chase branch. Everybody there feels like family. I've never had anybody be anything but helpful all the time. Nobody's ever been rude and I've always had all my issues handled with a smile from the tellers all the way to loans and the branch manager. I give them five stars !!!
Clean , fast , kind workers
So I was told to come into this branch to remove my ex husband that was to be removed in 08/16/2024 when I have him walked into forest hill location to be removed and now they have not helped me or even give a damn this has been a nightmare to my knowledge to find out yesterday this man is still on my account! I want to express how much I detest this Bank and the reason is because I come at 4:05 in the afternoon after my long day of work to try to open a bank account and they tell me that they can't open the bank account that I need to come a different day because they don't have enough staff to accommodate me. And with that being said I'm looking for another bank to go to. I understand people are pressed to close and leave but that gives me the feeling that you do not care for my business
