I want to express how much I detest this Bank and the reason is because I come at 4:05 in the afternoon after my long day of work to try to open a bank account and they tell me that they can't open the bank account that I need to come a different day because they don't have enough staff to accommodate me. And with that being said I'm looking for another bank to go to. I understand people are pressed to close and leave but that gives me the feeling that you do not care for my business
Love coming to this bank! Everyone from Grace the teller/notary to Tommy, Bob and the rest in customer service always welcoming, professional, informative and quick to assist. Reminds me of my long-time community S&L growing up in NY decades ago. Can’t believe this a corporate bank as they are so warm and friendly.
