So back in 2024 I removed my ex husband from my account we both went in to get this done. To my surprised I notice charge on my account found out he is still active on my account they refused to removed him and refused to dispute the charge. Worst bank but I will be closing them after 16 plus years I am disgusted. Great costumer service
What is the purpose of this location? It’s huge with so many people employed there, but none are able to help you. It’s all self service. It’s an absolutely ridiculous concept. Why have a physical location? Horrible experience. Lost my Debit card, needed to withdraw cash. Was told to use ATM. How can I do that without a card? Their advice was I needed to order a new card and wait or go to another location bc they can’t help me. WHAT? Make it make sense. Never will return to that location.
