Nancy and staff are not very smart if you ask me. I had my temporary ID from state, birth certificate, social security card, and a picture of my ID THAT WAS LOST. AND THEY KEPT SAYING THE NEED THE OLD ID. 4 forms lf ID was not good enough, everything the state/government gives me was not enough. Lol I already have an account, they will let me take money out my account, add money in.. but no other service. Stupid.
Absolute worst bank I try to avoid this one at all times !!!
