Walked in and there was a line with no employees in sight. There were no tellers, no employees in the lobby, eventually after 15 mins standing there a man came out and started helping the line. Then 1 teller came, 5 mins later a 2nd teller came out. By the time we were seen the teller went to the back to inform the notary we were there, she asked me to wait in the lobby and they would call my name. Mal servicio pesima actitud de los encargados , le hacen hacer cita a uno para nada, por que cuando uno llega al la cita que has hecho con dias o semanas de antipacion resulta que no te pueden tender por que ya tomaron a otro cliente que por cierto no tenia cita y muy prepotentes te dicen si quieres puedes hacer otra cita .mala atencion pesimo servicio .
I wish I could give this location zero stars because of how disorganized and inconvenient it is. No one knows what they’re doing and they straight up ignore you and act like you’re bothering them when you seek clarification on what to do
The level of professionalism is non existent at this branch. Came in for a simple paper that I was told by the customer service a teller would be able to help. Teller tells me he can’t. Send me to wait for 45 minutes for a banker while bankers talks about their personal life with the guest they had. According to their wall here they have 5 people at the branch today but only 3 people working.
