How can a multibillion dollar corporation not add someone to my account in less than 10min this is ridiculous. Apparently they want to reschedule because it takes 30-35min for the system to add someone to an account. Yall need to update your legacy systems instead of for example giving that money to politicians . So going to look for another bank…

Walked in and there was a line with no employees in sight. There were no tellers, no employees in the lobby, eventually after 15 mins standing there a man came out and started helping the line. Then 1 teller came, 5 mins later a 2nd teller came out. By the time we were seen the teller went to the back to inform the notary we were there, she asked me to wait in the lobby and they would call my name.
