I was disappointed when I learned that I needed an appointment to open a new account with Chase. However, I was worked in within a couple of hours and was able to open an account. Priscilla treated me with respect and kindness. She was very patient and also helped me to open a Zelle account. It was a very pleasant experience. Chase is lucky to have Priscilla as an employee.
If you like banking with Chase, go to a different branch. Perhaps some retraining is needed from staff.
A lady Priscilla Mejicanos was very friendly and helpful on helping me set up and opening my account w/ them solved all my issues and doubts I had as she answer all my questions she knows what she is doing. Though I end chatting w/ after she done very sweet and kind she excellent person to be friends w/
