Stepped in yesterday to get some issues sorted on my credit card, I didn't have an appointment and i tried my luck walking in, Piyush Kamra was the one who walked up to me and heard my concerns. He immediately helped me resolve it and this was at 4:30 pm where there were about to close at 5. He made me sit in his cubicle and got the problems resolved with a few phone calls to the customer service team and even helped me with solutions for any obstacles that may arise in future. Well came here to leave a negative review. But clearly I'm not the only one. The 2.8 rating says it all. Very rude customer service all around. Every tellers answer is that you should do it yourself on line. They provide you with incorrect Information and are rude when you attempt to get the correct information. I have asked a teller for information that she rudely said she can't access.
