On New Year’s Eve @ 3:45pm I went to Chase Bank at 5601 North 10th Street to make a business deposit and to my surprise they were closed. There were no postings on the doors of early New Year’s Eve closing or New Year day closing (see date stamped photo). While I was there I counted 5 vehicles parking in the front and proceeding to try to go inside. Why Chase is so bad? Everything is about them. They don't care about the situation or needs of the customers. They keep repeating the system. What system if the system is broken in this country. TBH I given one ⭐️ because I can't choose 0 ⭐️.
Freddy R was amazing!! I had been struggling with Amazon about some returns they insisted were credited to my bank account. It was going on for about a month. Going back and forth with Amazon and the Claims department, both resulting in no solutions. I was so stressed that I finally went to the bank. Freddy was so patient and helped me out by dealing with claims. He was able to get me my money back! Thank you sooo much!!!
Employees never help always talking to each other always Ignore you and ask busy
-Thank you so much to my banks’ branch manager Playton and Monica the teller who assisted me. -Thank you for taking my account security seriously and not just giving info away. -He was so understanding and patient. -His leadership and taking control of the situation resolved the problem. He informed me about all the extra benefits that banking with Chase includes. Looking forward to banking in person when I’m in remission.
