Do not leave your heirs to deal w/ this bank. I had to come back and deduct another star after an additional level of crapola has been reached (at the 7th week} of this debacle as a "beneficiary".
This and other Chase banks are incompetent. My mother's funds have been held hostage by this and another branch for 6 weeks. This was all set up before she passed.
