Terrible customer service. I needed to speak with a banker and the teller insisted on me share my personal banking information in front of everyone. When I said it was private, she stated I would need an appointment. Her earliest appointment was an hour later!!! Are you kidding, just finding this branch and navigating through the crazy traffic and now you want me to wait an hour to see a banker?!? This is the second branch that has not helped me with my banking issues. Sadly, I would not recommend coming to the branch at all... read more
I come in about once a month to make deposits for work, and it’s always a smooth experience. The tellers here are consistently friendly and efficient, and things move pretty quickly even when it’s a little busy. Appreciate how easy they make it every time.
