Everytime I go in, lately there is a new teller probably 2 months into the position, this guy has given me misinformation and the other day went out of his way to give me a dirty look well do it again buddy, and I'll report you to your manager.
I used to love this bank so much when I first got an account here. Since then it’s gone downhill a bit, especially since Covid. You can’t do anything in person, aside from visiting a teller unless you schedule an appointment. This is typically is a 1-2 week wait. If you only need a quick notary, I find this silly to have to wait so long. The tellers who I have communicated with have always been friendly. Employee was rude and as I was going to a different person she gave me an attitude and said “ I could of helped you “
My 18 year old daughter went to open a savings account here the other day. The banker insisted she get a credit card because of the cash back rewards. I'm furious. No! A broke college kid with no job doesn't need a credit card. Shame on you Chase!
