The lady who assisted us was great.
Poor customer service
I visited this branch yesterday to resolve an issue with money that was taken from my account, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The branch manager was not helpful and raised their voice instead of trying to assist me. What made the situation worse was that my personal banking issue was discussed in a way that exposed my business in front of other people in the branch, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
