So much better than in the past
Carson was very helpful and has a great attitude!
They are rude an don't tell you nothing when opening account just opens it an don't give you any option to what kind of accounts.. I wouldn't open account with them if I was anyone . I'm about to close mine because they are not a good bank don't do anything to help their customers .. other banks look out for their customers an make sure that their customers are happy an keep them . Just remember it's our money not theirs ..
Chase Bank has very friendly and helpful employees. They know us by name. We have been with them for almost 50 years.
Parking lot flooded in 3 spots atms outside not working had to drive around threw the 2 flood your engine pools in the parking lot to go in the dt cashier was rude terrible experience
