Terrible customer service. Instead of taking two minutes to have me Docusign something they asked me to wait over an hour because they are understaffed and the only person that can handle it is “about to go to lunch”. But made sure to mention I could deive to another branch because it will only take a minute to complete? Are you joking?

They are rude an don't tell you nothing when opening account just opens it an don't give you any option to what kind of accounts.. I wouldn't open account with them if I was anyone . I'm about to close mine because they are not a good bank don't do anything to help their customers .. other banks look out for their customers an make sure that their customers are happy an keep them . Just remember it's our money not theirs ..
Chase Bank has very friendly and helpful employees. They know us by name. We have been with them for almost 50 years.
