I've never left a bank a review, but it's clear why this branch has a 3 star average vs other nearby branches averaging 4+. Shitty attitude and incompetence at the front desk is just a bad combination. Avoid this, try the branch on Wilson.
I asked them not to call me for their check in with me program? They called me anyways as early as 8 am 3 times in last week. I have enough robo calls without my bank trying to sell me on something. I'm moving another substantial amount for second time to another bank account May 2 cause of this. Please honor requests and stop it. Ha, they called me again. I won't be able to keep this up forever though.
I can't say enough good things about this Chase branch! The team here is exceptional - they're not only incredibly sweet and helpful, but also consistently go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and taken care of. Each visit is a delight, as I'm always greeted with warmth and professionalism. It's truly a pleasure banking here. Very grateful 💛
Very nice employees and they made change for me even though I didn’t have account with them.
Robert did a phenomenal job setting up my checking and savings account. The tellers were dressed well and all had great attitudes.
