I went to this branch to make two separate payments with two checks, with different account number written on each check, They ended up putting both checks towards one account. Mistakes happen, but when we asked them to fix it, they refused saying there's nothing they can do and instead told us we have to figure it out ourselves
Bring back actual tellers.tryijg to deposit alot of cash doesn't work with one atm
Chase- you should be ashamed. You cut jobs for tellers to replace them with machines?! Gross. I'll look for another bank who values their employees and believes in human customer service. As if all of the interest and bogus charges we pay can't be used to give someone a job. To be fair, the couple people employed there to babysit the machine were pleasant.
