Chase- you should be ashamed. You cut jobs for tellers to replace them with machines?! Gross. I'll look for another bank who values their employees and believes in human customer service. As if all of the interest and bogus charges we pay can't be used to give someone a job. To be fair, the couple people employed there to babysit the machine were pleasant.

The bank teller was rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience.
The ATM/ATMs at this specific location are almost..Always completely inoperable or only able to provide minimal tasks that are always the tasks I need .
