I’ve banked here for a while and had always had awesome customer service. These past few times there’s a gentleman and he’s very arrogant. It’s his way or the highway. He doesn’t care to explain. I came in for a money order that was over a thousand usually theyll just say it’ll have to be 2 since it’s over 1000$ which I’m ok with. I came in same thing asked for a money order. Untrained staff. Lack of common sense. No manager on site. They want your money but they don't serve you. Shame on them. Open an account somewhere else. 😅
