Carlos Jurado is an impressive banker who is very kind and well informed. He truly made my experience pleasant!
Holly at this branch is completely unprofessional. Refused to cash a check from JPMorgan Chase which is a relatively Normal experience, except she lied about being the manager after asking for one. She refused to provide a business card or provide any further information. There were several people in the branch not understanding of why she was behaving in such a way for asking for the information of a bank representative that manages their finances. I made appoitment with Billy Rizzo, arrived in time, waiting 15 min and nobody coming. They said wait. Nobody answer in the branch by phone. I am loosing my time. Why they approved appointment and do not respect my time???
I been coming here for years, everything was excellent but sinced they got a new regional manager, she was not pleasant to work with, customer service was poor, environment was poor. I am so so disappointed, I have many accounts here…I will close all my accounts with them.
