I have been banking with Chase for over 25 years. I've traveled across the U.S. and have used many different branches. Recently I went in at this location in Fort Gratiot, to get a cashiers check for a very large purchase. I was denied to have the processing fee waived by the bank teller. She was one of the most unpleasant tellers I have ever dealt with. I will go out of my way to avoid this particular branch.
Tellers are friendly. I like this bank. It's open til 5pm. Other chase banks only open til 4pm
