Chase Bank is the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase & Co. This location is located between Lake Ave. and Colorado blvd. in Pasadena. Its gothic building is huge and on its lobby 3 large statues looking up the oculus ceiling. I came to do some banking business transactions. I was perfunctorily greeted and assisted by Vanessa Cordero at the teller counter. She was affable, pretty-competent, and professional.
