False advertisement "Welcome to a Better Banking Experience." I just had to file complaints with the OCC and CFPB. You can't make stupid up. My fiancé and I opened a household acct. since we are long established Chase credit card customers. We deposited a security deposit refund from our landlord. This Chase Bank needs serious retraining!! Horrible. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the other Chase up the street.
Initially, I was informed that my legal name had been changed on my account. After further review, I was told that only a nickname had been added or modified — not my legal name — which caused confusion and concern. Additionally, I was informed that certain cards had been canceled despite being active, and that accounts were placed or referenced incorrectly.
