False advertisement "Welcome to a Better Banking Experience." I just had to file complaints with the OCC and CFPB. You can't make stupid up. My fiancé and I opened a household acct. since we are long established Chase credit card customers. We deposited a security deposit refund from our landlord. Because the landlord wrote the check from her Wells Fargo business account, we were told we cannot access the funds paid to Chase on 1/12/26. Chase first said the check bounced which it was paid.
