A serious risk for any small business owner I own a registered business in Florida. On July 17, 2025, I deposited a legitimate, properly endorsed check issued by a well known insurance company. Today is August 1, and 15 business days have passed without Chase resolving the situation. Not only did they freeze my account without justification, but they also withdrew all my funds without my authorization to issue a check I never requested and now I’m being forced to wait several more days to receive it.
