A person with a similar name. Came into deposit a check last night and didn't know their bank account number and the teller didnt verifiy information correctly. Causing it to enter my account. Causing me to jump through loop holes to not get my account Frozen and Causing me to miss work.
Not only was I racially profiled by a woman working the desk, but she insisted on giving me services that I did not need. The clerk did her best to correct me at every turn. She was wrong and she did her best to play it off after giving me incorrect information. I rarely come to the physical bank and I’ll be sure to make sure I don’t come again. I’ll allow my WHITE husband to pull money from his joint account with his BLACK breadwinning wife. The audacity of this worker.
I really appreciated Latoya's help today with my business account, she was super friendly and has an incredible personality. She answered every question I had and really made me feel welcome at Chase. Definitely deserves a raise
They do not answers phones ...at all! The 800 Customer Service rep said even they cannot get through and they won't answer their calls! What?!?!
Seems like they are not doing well as they charge random things like non chase ATM fee and their competitors already did. Welp I have two other banks I'll put money in to pay credit card but won't let you hold my money. I learn back when heartland robbed us. It won't happen again. Sorry chase do better your transferring of assets is way slower today again chase must not be doing well be careful they are fractional reserve soon they'll take it all not just a little
