People who work here are extremely rude. Completely different vibes from Chase branches in Chicago. They really just hire anyone.
No walk up ATM. What kind if bs is this?!
I used to love chase because of the convenience but now there is only one branch that the ATM's are regularly both broken down at. Right now outside of going to a grocery store there is nowhere I can get cash without getting charged a fee both by the non chase ATM and also by chase. I'm really considering changing after 20 years of being loyal.
Literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with please do yourself a favor and find a different bank. I received a text message to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service they said the account was being closed. No reason was given other than the account is " restricted ". They told me they would snail mail me a check to an address that is 2 hours from where I am currently located. When I requested next day to an address that I'm currently at they refused.
