Poor customer service over security one visit min security next visit and always changing which rep is gonna enforce which bs policy they have give your id require 5 steps verification give debit card pull unlimited money
People who work here are extremely rude. Completely different vibes from Chase branches in Chicago. They really just hire anyone.
No walk up ATM. What kind if bs is this?!
I used to love chase because of the convenience but now there is only one branch that the ATM's are regularly both broken down at. Right now outside of going to a grocery store there is nowhere I can get cash without getting charged a fee both by the non chase ATM and also by chase. I'm really considering changing after 20 years of being loyal.
