I have never been treated as poorly as I was by anyone, much less a bank teller, who should exhibit excellence in customer service. Disrespectful comments about me and my Hispanic heritage were made which was absolutely suprising. I know the bank manager and he is a very professional. I cannot believe the way I was harassed. I have been a customer for over 20 years and to be treated like that is appalling.
