I switch to chase bank a 2 months ago they offered these promotions didn’t get and customer service was bad so disrespectful didnt want to solve the problem wish i never switch to chase ?
I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I've had only one , no personality, no idea of what's going on teller and won't go bsck to her. Otherwise I've had very good Chase experiences all over the country. Wells Fargo is the worst.
Great service, super friendly and attentive. I went to upgrade my son's account, thinking I had scheduled the appointment for that day. Someone approached me right away when I got there, and it turned out my appointment was actually scheduled for the following week. But they were able to fit me in that day, and I got everything done. The banker Rosie was really nice and took the time to explain the account to my son.
