this place totally sucks...two weeks to set up a checking account!! not one banker able to help us out and set up a checking account. i don't understand this place and its not like they were busy.
I have never been treated as poorly as I was by anyone, much less a bank teller, who should exhibit excellence in customer service. Disrespectful comments about me and my Hispanic heritage were made which was absolutely suprising. I know the bank manager and he is a very professional. I cannot believe the way I was harassed.
