The Latina woman that doesn’t know Spanish is unqualified to be in her position. She denied us to take money out. She said I was speaking on my mom’s behalf when if she knew Spanish she could’ve easily talked to my mom who is blind and wheelchair bound. If you’re Latino I highly reconsider doing business in this bank.
Chase froze and closed my account after I deposited a legitimate IRS refund check and is withholding all my funds, including my savings, with no clear explanation. They refuse to help me resolve it. Look up similar countless cases. What they are doing cannot be legal. I’d stay far away from this bank.
