Went in there told them the reason why I’m there they asked me to wait 20 minutes. 10 minutes passed by they approached me saying that they have to go to launch and I have to be back after hour and a half for them to help me out. Went to another chase bank near by they refused to help me today. Waste of time and business.
Went in this morning and staff was super friendly and helpful! Loved how everyone was so kind and attentive. 10/10

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chase branch. The tellers were completely clueless, unprofessional, and lacked even the most basic banking knowledge. How are these people getting hired?! It’s infuriating to deal with such incompetence at a major financial institution. Chase needs to get its act together—this level of service is beyond unacceptable and downright embarrassing!
