I have been using chase bank only but whenever I go to notarize paper for my job, they always say our Bankers have appointment. That was the 3rd chase office Saying the same thing. I think they do not want to do something free for their customers. I will close all my accounts and find better bank.
I’ve gone to this branch 3 times and wasn’t able to 1) open a business account 2) open a trust 3) get a trust document notarized. All for different reasons According to the rep. When I went to the other branch in Plano, I was able to do all 3 the same day. They are much nicer and actually want to work. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience, do not go here.
Recommend somewhere else.
Been banking for years...only issues sometimes is waiting on a banker.
