I have a appointment at 2:30 pm, I am waiting for the banker to come in, it's already 10 mins late. What is the point of taking appointment?
I have had nothing but trouble and duplicated charges they don't catch or even alert me about that was charged to my account and I am going to the local chase bank today to speak with a top manager and if they don't rectify these disputes of unauthorizedamounts made to my account I'm closing my account and open a bank account with Bank of america or some bamk that has a jugher rate then 2 stars!!!!
