The card reader at the front entrance is broken, so I can't get to the ATM after hours. What's the point of having an ATM there if people can't even access it? It's completely nonsensical
My change was wrong again. I dont know what they do here but it keeps happening. They're friendly though
Went in to this branch on the afternoon of January 7th and was treated very rudely by the lady behind the counter, named Camille. Horrendous customer service. Stay away from this branch.
I've been banking with Chase for years and love it. I recommend Chase Bank to a lot of people but I would never go back to this particular one! I've been here many times and never had a pleasant experience. The staff don't know what in the heck they are doing which means bad management. Management obviously do not know how to train employees. I will not recommend this store to my worst enemy.
