Based on my personal experience, the staff at this bank are very professional and friendly.
We had an excellent experience with Rui Tang while opening a checking account for my spouse. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Her clear explanations made everything easy to understand and allowed us to complete the account opening quickly and smoothly.
Went here the other day to open up a new account and used the new service "chase secure checking's". Staff was lovely, in particular Wenxin, who was very kind, her communication was very clear, and her information helpful. Cannot recommend her enough. I also want to mention Lidiana for her hospitality as well as hard work. They made quite the impression and the experience memorable.
