Not great customer service. I’ve had Chase for 15 years and the past few years I’ve considered switching to a different bank. This location was no different. I went in to solve a problem and they caused more.
Unprofessional bankers. Diop and Cayden both mumbling under there breath not wanting to help when the ATM took 8k in checks....

I cannot even get through to talk to a live person at the branch which means I'm taking all my money out of your bank. You're happy to take my money but you're not happy to talk to your customers
