They’re extremely rude in person and over the phone. They talk as if they’re in a hurry and take no time to listen to your problem.
This bank is rude and don’t like black people I had a appointment to open a account for my daughter at 10:30am this morning waited about 20min thin some Mexicans come in the teller goes right to the Mexican talking a different language thin comes to me and tell me and my daughter there’s a 1 hour wait let me remind you I was there first and had a appointment am glad this branch is closing smh 10/26/19
