Was never treated so bad by any bank, the office staff was rude and combative, the tellers were very nice, traveled to this town bank to purchase a vehicle, needed a title notarized and office staff was extremely rude.... so rude that as my wife and other party left the building, we all said at the same time what a b#$&h. This place has gone down hill since that new manager John took over. He’s always playing on his phone and every time theres an issue he makes excuses instead of taking ownership. I didn’t come to the branch to be pushed off to the 800 number I came for help!
In the last two years this atm has been broken and more of a pain than rt 7 construction. There is no better feeling than to pull up to that atm every friday night after work to find that the junk is a broken once again.
