Useless location. Atm crashed when depositing money. Now I have to wait for their error. Staff was lost. Avoid
I went to this location to open an account..it was literally no one in here and the lady asked the guy if he can assit me yet he claims that it takes an hour to open an account..lies... Just say you were ready to go home 30 minutes before closing, and you didn't want to do your job.. Chase employees need to do better..
Less than 1 star. Chase bank closed my business checking account after depositing a large check. Prior to closing they sent an email for me to take action which I did immediately. Within 30 minutes of taking action the check was verified. Or was it? About 1 week later my account was closed my money gone. I was on the phone for over 4 hours where I was assured they would reopen the account taking up to 24-48 hours. To my pleasure it has been over 2 weeks money still gone bank account still closed.
