When in to cash a check. But you can't. It is basically a staffed ATM. Staff was pleasant. A bank that cant do simple transactions is not helpful at all. What is Chase thinking?
Getting spam calls from this number. I don't have anything to do with this bank nor live anywhere near it. Get your act together "Chase Bank"
ATM never works. Both inside and outside unavailable. I’ve always had issues at this location with pulling money out because they’re ATMs are never working. Been here since I had visited. This location was in the area needed to get cash out and yet again both ATMs are not working and the location is closed. Was forced to go pull money out and pay a fee because the bank I have can’t get quality working machines.
Cashless bank!? Selling a vehicle and buyer wanted to pay cash. Called to verify that I could deposit a large sum on money without an appointment. Was told they are a “cashless bank” and do not handle cash and I would have to find a different location. How is a bank cashless? I not only have a personal account here but multiple business accounts here. Will be searching this week for a different bank.
Don't cash chase bank checks at this location, looks like a bank but isn't a bank location lol
