I used to go to the BMO in town. After dealing with them I decided to jump to Chase. Very happy with them. We are not charged fees because our mortgage is there. Staff is fine.
Rudest staff ever. We canceled our account here and went to bmo after it was an issue cashing in my duaghters change she saves. Cold hearted high fees. No forgiveness.
Answered with rude service when called. Got hung up on initially by mistake (I hope) and when I called back the ssme person answered and didnt even say sorry. She then acted like what I needed to know was an inconvenience for her to answer and had an attitude and told me to just go look at the website or go into a bank.
