Velvet and company were very helpful. I give them 5 stars. Chase as a bank and the hoops that are required to jump thru are very frustrating and time consuming. They also didn't have a notary on premise while requiring one for a document to be signed and notarized to finish my banking business.
Joanne was very helpful and kind. It was my 1st time at this branch and she was very welcoming. Great client service.
Not a full service branch, they have staff but no tellers, just the atms.
