I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chase Bank location due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of an employee named Ryan. (I thinks he’s a manager) Customer service is about how you make people feel, and unfortunately, Ryan was unfriendly, dismissive, and demeaning when speaking to me. Professionalism and respect should be standard in any customer-facing role, but that was not the case here. No one should feel belittled or unwelcome when conducting their banking business.
