I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chase Bank location due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of an employee named Ryan. (I thinks he’s a manager) Customer service is about how you make people feel, and unfortunately, Ryan was unfriendly, dismissive, and demeaning when speaking to me. Erin did a great job understanding my issue and helping me resolve my problem. She is a great advocate for the customer.
I’ve been a paying customer for 3-4 years, stopped in to grab some cash as I’m traveling, and the attendant refused to let me use the restroom. I ask, “even for a paying customer?” As we both awkwardly look directly at the men’s restroom available for use. Bad customer appreciation.
Buyer Beware! They will close your accounts without warning and give you the run around over the phone about why.
