Would be nice if I could use your drive up ATM without getting shocked by the keypad everytime. When are you going to get that short fixed?
This is a “teller-less bank” - simply, it’s a giant ATM so there’s little reason to come here when you can just use an ATM or online services.
I want to be clear: my frustration is with Chase as a company, not this specific branch. I’ve opened more than 20 accounts with Chase for various businesses, and the process has become consistently complicated, slow, and needlessly repetitive.
