I have been a Chase customer for over 30 yrs and have been pleased with the people and service. I have one exception or this would be a 5 star rating. Their "Pay over time" does not work like some of the other financial institutions. I don't like it at all and I am surprised Chase would offer something like this. Customer for 5 years. They can't even stop a payment when the company itself asks them to. That used to be a non-issue for any bank. You might as well put your money in a glovebox, it's going to be easier to manage from there, and not any less safe.

I deposited $1200 cash into the atm and my deposit didn’t go through the people at the 800 number were very nice and helpful but the people at the chase bank on kemp street very rude and not helpful at all after this experience I will be changing banks
Not corporative people and donot know that they are doing . I told them one thing and fix with them but it creat the problem for me again , I donot understand what they have fix .very unprofessional staff.
