Waited in line to cash a small check. It was moving so slow inside I decided to go through drive-through and it wasn’t any better. They were nice and apologetic, but very slow.
After speaking with the teller we were told to wait for the manager (whom we had wad watched walk out at 10:45am). It wasn’t until 1:09pm that a banker/associate came over.. he looked at our check then let us know that they wouldn’t be able to assist. The manager Brian never returned, he was “on lunch break” for over 2 hours. The staff was very nice but service was horrible.
It’s like the tv show Cheers, where everybody knows your name, (but no beer). Very welcoming!!!
I have always had a wonderful experience at this branch. The tellers are friendly and warm and I feel like my business is valued.
I had booked an appointment with Coi Dang at 3:30pm, we had been waiting for more than 45 minutes, nobody in the branch cared about us waiting for such a long time. I had missed another important appointment because of this. Then finally I was admitted my appointment was rushed going way to fast to ask questions or verify information.
