Not a good or bad thing I guess but this location DOES NOT HAVE TELLER SERVICES
I asked how long shipping was for a replacement card and they said 5-7 days. But failed to mention that I can pay $5 to get it in 2 days. Customer service is more informed than the people in there tbr. They could’ve at least told me call them. Rent due very soon I couldn’t wait 5-7 days.
Shopping center this is located in does not feel safe. There is one armed guard at the door but they were overwhelmed by the groups of pedestrians and teenage kids that kept coming in and harassing her. Bank teller was locked in vault. I waited for about 10 mins and the guard finally had to go get them . They were nice but I felt unsafe for myself and the employees/guards
