Charlotte went above and beyond for my family with a very complicated situation. She had the most incredible patience while making phone calls, explaining our situation to different departments, and helping us come up with solutions. We were only in town for a few days and she was able to completely resolve our issue in that time, which meant we were able to finalize our travel bookings without delay. She is a natural problem solver, and incredibly kind!
This is one of the friendliest Chase banks I've been to. A very small branch but personable staff. There is an atm inside the branch and always a security officer at the main entrance to the building as well as inside the branch.
